These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AiroSign, a digital signage management platform provided by Exelon Circuits Private Limited ("Exelon Circuits", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using AiroSign, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
1. Accounts and access
Access to AiroSign is provisioned by an organization administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for the users and devices they add to their organization.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AiroSign to:
- upload or display content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's screens, content, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform; or
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where permitted by law.
3. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the media and content you upload to AiroSign. By uploading content, you grant Exelon Circuits a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and displaying it on the screens you designate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
4. Devices
Screens paired to AiroSign remain under the control of the organization that paired them. Exelon Circuits provides the software and infrastructure to manage those screens remotely but does not take ownership of, or responsibility for, the physical hardware itself.
5. Availability
We aim to keep AiroSign available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or network conditions may affect availability from time to time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exelon Circuits Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AiroSign, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to AiroSign for any account or organization that violates these Terms. An organization may stop using AiroSign at any time by contacting us to close its account.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of AiroSign after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
