• Account information — name, phone number, and organization details provided by your organization administrator, used to authenticate you via one-time passcode (OTP).
• Device information — screen identifiers, pairing codes, connection status, app version, and diagnostic data (such as screenshots you explicitly request) sent from Android devices paired to your organization.
• Content you upload — media assets (images, video, and playlist content) that you or your organization upload for display on paired screens.
• Usage and playback data — logs of what content played, on which screen, and when, used for reporting within your organization's dashboard.

2. How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate AiroSign, specifically to:

• authenticate users and manage access within an organization;
• pair, sync, and remotely manage screens on behalf of an organization;
• deliver, schedule, and play the content an organization uploads;
• generate playback and device-status reports for the organization that owns the data; and
• maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Data sharing

Data belonging to an organization (screens, content, playback logs, team members) is only visible to authorized users within that organization and to Exelon Circuits Private Limited personnel where necessary to provide support or maintain the platform. We do not share your data with third parties except infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and storage) who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

4. Data retention

We retain account, device, and content data for as long as your organization's account remains active, or as needed to provide the service. An organization administrator may request deletion of specific content, devices, or the organization's account at any time.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encrypted transport, and scoped device authentication tokens — to protect the information you entrust to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your organization administrator or reaching out to us directly at the email below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to organization administrators where appropriate.
